He is a strong advocate of using technology and data-driven decision-making in HR. He has been instrumental in driving the team to create digital recruitment success stories by ensuring Taggd as a prominent center of excellence in the field of recruitment.
Devashish brings in over 31 years of experience in overseeing organizational transformations, driving new projects, managing multi-geography initiatives, and knowledge process outsourcing. Prior to Taggd, Devashish held key positions at PeopleStrong, where he played a crucial role as a founding member and contributed significantly to the company’s success. Additionally, Devashish also brings valuable entrepreneurial experience from his previous venture, JustFares India.
Devashish holds an MBA in Human Resources from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a Masters in Aviation Management from IATA’s Management Institute in Geneva.
