As President of Taggd, Kiran is steering its transformation into an agentic-led Recruitment business. Taggd is a digital hiring platform trusted by enterprises across India for ready-to-hire talent.
He played a pivotal role in establishing PeopleStrong’s RPO business, which today is known as Taggd – an independent, globally recognized RPO brand from India.
Before rejoining Taggd, Kiran was a part of PeopleStrong’s co-founding team, where he played pivotal roles across solutions, technology, and sales. Under his leadership, PeopleStrong grew to become the fastest-growing HR SaaS company across India, SEA and Middle East serving 500+ large enterprise customers. As its Chief Strategy Officer, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction, leading to its recent acquisition by Goldman Sachs.
At Aricent, prior to his tenure at PeopleStrong, Kiran was instrumental in advancing HR technology initiatives, including the deployment of SAP and enterprise-wide HRIT solutions
Outside of work, Kiran actively engages in sports such as cricket, badminton, and table tennis, while also pursuing spiritual exploration to reflect on life’s deeper questions. He is equally passionate about culinary experiences and reading, especially on topics related to entrepreneurship and management.
